- Long-term health care facility citation (Health & Saf. 1423-1428). Business/working days modeled as court days (Saturdays, Sundays and judicial holidays excluded). AMBIGUITY: state-office and judicial holiday lists differ (e.g., Lincoln Day, Native American Day, Juneteenth); where they differ the court-day count can run one day later than the true business-day count, so file by the earlier date. The subdivision uses both "15 working days" and "15 business days".
- If the clerk's office is closed or inaccessible on the last day (weather, emergency or local closure orders), the deadline may be extended. Check local orders.
This calculator applies the cited rules to the dates you enter. It is not legal advice. Court orders, local rules, and case-specific facts can change a deadline; verify before relying on it. Rule set pending attorney review.
