Calculate this deadline
- Trigger (Date of the most recent judgment debtor examination under 708.110): Friday, November 6, 2026.
- Exclude the trigger day and count 120 calendar days: Saturday, March 6, 2027.
- That day is a Saturday, so the deadline moves to the next court day: Monday, March 8, 2027 (Cal. Code Civ. Proc. 12, 12a, 12b, 10; Cal. Rules of Court, rule 1.10).
- The period includes its last day, so the earliest day to act is the next court day: Tuesday, March 9, 2027.

- Earlier applications require a good-cause showing (and noticed motion if the court or a rule so requires). Treats the first day outside the 120-day lookback as the day after day 120. Consumer debt judgments: see 708.111 rules already in the set.
- If the clerk's office is closed or inaccessible on the last day (weather, emergency or local closure orders), the deadline may be extended. Check local orders.
