How results read
- Every date and rule includes the verbatim rule text and the official source URL, exactly as stored.
- Where the law is unsettled, the result shows the date under the safe reading and discloses the other reading.
- A fee that is not yet verified is null with fee_status “unknown”; a county with no fixed fee returns “clerk_sets_deposit”. Nothing is estimated.
- Requests outside coverage return not_covered, never a guessed date.
- Attribution: show “Data: 1Court (https://state.1court.ai)” with the page link when you display results.
Not legal advice. Court orders, local rules and case facts can change a deadline; verify against the cited source.
